ASA struggling to hang onto their Web Site.

ASA and Linda have been so overwhelmed with requests from Units and Unit Commanders to find Sponsors and adoptive cities for their Units and Troops that it has overwhelmed ASA financially, and they now stand a very serious threat of losing the Web Site by the end of September.

I am hoping you will help me put the word out and ask all out there that know what great work ASA and Linda is doing for our Troops to rally to ASA's aid this month and help save the Web Site.

Well to be quite frank, without that Web Site they're out of business. This would be a great tragedy and loss For ASA, but most importantly for all the troops and units that still need support and adoption. Not to mention a Great Lady such as Linda who has poured her Heart and Soul into the cause of finding support for all the troops and units that ASA possibly can for these past forty years.

That's right 2007 is the fortieth anniversary of San Mateo adopting ABU. San Mateo still supports ABU to this day and especially during this next 15 month deployment. That is some really dedicated Americans in that City! She may be guilty of being a poor raiser of funds, but no one can ever say she has turned her back on any soldier or unit that needed to have support found for them.

I personally donate the first $100 of my 70% VA award for PTSD to ASA each month. This is just me and my way of giving back. I don't expect anyone to follow suit. It's tight for the wife and I, what with my fight with the VA and all, but we make this work each month. We are committed to this.

I'm just asking that as many as can find it in their hearts to help. To just Please send whatever they can ASA's way this month for sure.
